A: These programs have been designed by Certified Nutritionist Angela Pifer. She has taken the program that worked for hundreds of her patients during her years in private practice and designed an online version to help more people across the globe. The recommendations made in this program are based on the latest nutrition, exercise, and behavioral strategies for weight management and disease prevention. She is proud to offer her clients a comprehensive, scientifically proven way to achieve and maintain their desired weight and find balance in their health.

Q: How much weight can I expect to lose?
A: Whether you would like to lose a small amount of weight for a special occasion such as a wedding or reunion, or want to make more significant changes, The Healthy Choices Wellness Programs are about helping its clients meet their long term health goals, one step at a time. We suggest that weight loss of 1-2 pounds a week is ideal. That said, we recommend focusing on healthy behaviors instead of weight loss. The weight loss will come, but only after mindfully practicing healthier behaviors over time.

That’s why the goal is to help clients acquire the tools they need for continued success focusing on a healthy relationship with food, an active lifestyle and a balanced approach to living. In addition, lifetime membership will be offered about half way through your program.
A: You will enjoy a wealth of tools to help you create meal plans. Some example plans are offered, as well as access to the 7000+ recipe meal planner that is on the site. The purpose of the program is to teach you how to access your current eating patterns and how to improve these step by step. This program is 100% customized because you start from where you are at and move from there.
